The objectives of the meeting were to:

• Position EHPSA in the new global context of the SDGs and the current discourse on HIV prevention, and to agree on how to articulate and disseminate this;
• Define mechanisms to strengthen the integration between EHPSA’s different work streams; and
• Develop an action plan to implement the Annual Review recommendations.
  During the meeting we developed a more granular understanding of EHPSA’s potential contribution to HIV prevention for adolescents, LGBTI and prisoners. We also worked on our own stakeholder engagement plan for the programme, discussed our monitoring and learning strategy and made progress on how to expand and strengthen EHPSA communications.
